WHY COMPLIMENTARY THERAPIES 

 

We spend so much time keeping up with the pace of life and neglect to keep in tune with what is going on inside of us.  In a fast western world, we are constantly looking for quick fixes in life from food, medical solutions, social lives and hobbies.  The result of this fast pace can often lead to feelings of lethargy, tiredness or exhibit as health issues.  

 

It is so important to keep our energy in a higher state to live a beautiful and fulfilling life.

 

Each complimentary therapy works on a slightly different way.  However, they all support and empower the recipient, both physical and emotional. The energy inside us is lifted and we can feel the benefits at a deeper level, providing long term results. 

 

Your body is amazing.  So much happens naturally without us realising, the function of breathing , the heart beating, the endocrine, immune and nervous system releasing chemicals and messages in order to function, repair and renew.  

 

All these systems work together creating and sustain life and if one area is compromised, other areas of the body must compensate.  Every part of your body and mind are interconnected.  Complimentary therapies work with the body’s natural ability to heal and repair itself, by dissolving blockages and restoring calm within.

Complimentary therapies can also work in harmony alongside traditional medical practices and treatments, we are often guided by the traditional medical profession, which uses pioneering research and technology to achieve fantastic results.  However, these techniques and medicines often only treat the symptoms not the roots causes of illness and disease. 

 

Our emotions can play a big part in our lives, they reflect how we are feeling.  Feeling happy is a wonderful experience.  Our emotions determine our reaction and behaviours to situations which can impact on other areas of our lives.  If you are exposed to challenging or stressful events this can cause anxiety, exhaustion, panic attacks, constant aches and pains, headaches, migraines or even complete melt downs. 

Often these emotions manifest over time and can exhibit a lack of positive energy, supressed emotions and a loss of true love for life itself.
